Just a quick note to say I hope you all have a splendid, wonderful weekend filled with whatever you have planned! We are taking an impromptu trip to Long Beach (Wa) for a couple days. This will be the first "big" vacation with Peanut, so we will just have to see how that goes! He has not been enjoying the car much these days, so we may be in for many stops along the way.......I am currently (over) packing knitting projects. I am almost through my Storyteller hoodie, so I am trying to figure out what my next project is. I was starting to pack for SSK, since I am going to Tennessee in July, and being from the NW, I am a little freaked about the heat. I have made 2 "light" handknits to wear in the AC, and I am thinking I might try to get a third one done. My thought is I will have many hours in the car of knitting each way this weekend. The reality is I probably wont get much knitting in in the car, and I likely wont get through my storyteller. But that is not stopping me from bringing supplies for a Featherweight Cardigan, since I already have some yarn to get started on it!
