Well, you can just call me one bad blogger. It seems the last week has gotten away from me and I am not getting on the computer much at all. It is amazing how quickly you can fall off a habit, isn't it?
I haven't been making many freezer meals either, but pulling the ones from the freezer that I had made and having those for dinner instead! They are awesome, I love having dinner ready to go no matter what is going on in my day.
I am excited today because this book just came, The 150 Healthiest Slow Cooker Recipes on Earth. I am going to grab myself a glass of wine and dig through it. I have one of their other books, which I really like, so I was excited when Amazon recommended this one to me. I'll let you know what I think next week!

Thanks for the encouragement. I don't think I've lost weight yet, but my jeans are looser and I'm going to go with that. It's hard to stop knitting and sitting to be more active.
