Being a single parent for the last month (while writing a book due in a month) has been quite hard for me. Let's just say I am counting down to move day. So, in order to attempt to cut down on watching Sesame Street, since I feel like I have been turning it on way more than I would like, I gave Peanut a new toy on Monday (A Little People School Bus).
Oh my goodness, he is in love with this things. It is all he has done since Monday (notice the outfit changes in the photos). I have never seen him so taken with a toy before. Thankfully my Sesame Street guilt is subsiding and I am feeling like an awesome Mama for picking the new beloved toy (and for entertaining him for a good chunk of time so I can get a little more work in).
Hope you all are having a great week!

My son loves his little people school bus too! And I must say, of all the tv alternatives, Sesame Street is a good one. Good luck on getting your book finished, can't wait to get it!!

My three babies are eight months old now and every day they learn to move faster around the house . . . to get work done is therefore getting harder and harder ;) I hope, in time, I will find a bus like this and buy three of them to keep them occupied, lol! I love your website by the way, have been reading since half a year or so but never left a comment . . . hereby my first one! Good luck with your book, I am curious what you are putting in it! Love from Holland, x

I'm also currently working on a granny stripe blanket and I've clearly bit off more than I can chew but i'm stubborn in my determination to finish.
