In other news this blog post is being typed out on my brand-spanking-new-impulse-purchased laptop. Well, it wasn't really an impulse purchase, but it felt like it. We had decided we needed a laptop (since I am just not making it up to my office and my desktop computer like I should be with The Kid and the iPad is limited in some areas), decided we wanted a used MacBook, decided on price and what it needed, and when we called our local Mac dealer and they had exactly what we were looking for, we ran over and picked it up immediately. Normally I drag my feet on large purchases like this for months or sometimes even years (seriously, it drives Mr Danger absolutely NUTS). But, I had come to realize how much I needed a new laptop (our 7 year old one, Lappy Sr., is completely dead and wont even stay on anymore) and jumped on this (and I love it, it is perfect). So expect blogging to be back to normal this week since I am currently sitting on my couch, entertaining The Kid who is cranking in his bouncer in front of me, with the laptop balanced on my lap all while watching original Star Trek. Talk about multi-tasking, you can't do that with a desktop!
(but crap, I just realized my blog signature is not saved on the lappy here yet......)
