So, I knit a lot. And by a lot, I mean A LOT. I think we have this established, but I just want to be sure we all realize this. The only thing is the ton of knitting I do has been devoted recently to pattern writing (the only way I have been able to put out 6 patterns and one free pattern in two months). Think about it, all of those patterns have 4 samples, except bunny nuggets which has 5, 4 times 6 patterns plus 5= a whole lot of knitting. You get the idea? Of course you do, you're very smart. I mean, you are reading my blog after all.
Anyway, this whole lot 'o knitting puts me on the internet looking at other knitting blogs, and ravelry and finding tons of things that I would really like to make for myself. However, this leaves me with the problem of time. So, I have come up with a couple solutions, either a) learning to knit in my sleep or b) having a second set of arms transplanted on. The second set of arms may be a little weird at first, but after awhile I think they may become a trend with other knitters.
So, what has me wanting to put another pair of arms on my body you ask? First of all this which I found thanks to Shannon at luvinthemommyhood.com:

The Juliana Wrap Sweater free from Berroco. LOVE this, love that it is a "sweater" but really just a long wrap. Less shaping, less commitment, easier knitting, I'm all over it. Although, now that I've written all that it will probably turn out to be a nightmare to knit......

Bah! Owls! I feel like I am a little late jumping on the bandwagon with this one but have you seen the Owls Sweater from Needled? Love it! And have you searched the finished ones on Ravelry? Completely inspiring. You can get this one as a free ravelry download or get an email copy at the Needled blog.

And last but not least the Shalom Cardigan by Megan McFarlane. Summer is coming up here, I think a short sleeve sweater might be just the thing! LOVE that collar, isn't it fabulous? You can get the pattern for free on involvingthesenses.blogspot.com.
Wow! I don't know about you but after putting these all up here I want to get started on at least one of them even more! The chosen pattern to start on is the Juliana wrap. I will be ordering the yarn for it today and devoting my weekly knit night time to completing it. We'll see how it goes.
